Selma Knowles is a Jamaican who currently resides and teaches in The Bahamas. She attended the St. Joseph’s Teachers’ College in Kingston, Jamaica, where she earned a Teaching Diploma. Her vocation lies in helping people as she is deeply compassionate, and seeks to exercise her strong Christian faith. Hence, she went on to attend the University of Phoenix and received a Bachelor of Science in Human Services, with a concentration in Management. Her next goal is to earn a Masters in Counseling Psychology.  Even though she does not write as often as she thinks she should, her head is often filled with ideas for short stories as she becomes inspired by daily occurrences. Her hobbies include reading and using the computer and related gadgets. She considers herself a ‘techy’, as she is passionate about technological advancements. Mrs. Knowles is married and has two sons.
