  • 1 cup wheat flour (preferably from an Indian store)
  • 2 tbsp. oil
  • Salt and enough water to make dough

  1. Knead the wheat flour, salt and water to make dough.
  2. Let the dough stand for half hour.
  3. Take small portions, knead again, dust with flour and roll out into a round shape.
  4. Cook in (flat) griddle with a little oil (flip on both sides)
  5. You can add many things to the dough and serve with Curry Goat.

I have been looking for a recipe for roti for too long man, finally I have it! I also found good things here,I love your webpage it is very informative, keep up the good work.
