METHOD:

  1. Mix dry ingredients together.
  2. Add water to make soft dough.
  3. Divide into 5x3 inch flat shape in long dumplings.
  4. Heat the oil to 350° in a large saucepan,
  5. Fry the dumplings until golden all over, 2 to 3 minutes.
  6. Drain on paper towels and serve hot.
