Happy New Year to you Sir/Madam
Thank you for bringing our native recipes to us in UK I do appreciate this. However, can I recommend that you state the size or the amount the ingredients would produce, for example, with this method it will be the result of a 20 cm corn bread or it will make 4 small round breads. Thank you much
I cooked the bread and I thought with the vanialla flavor it would be sweet but it was not like the Jiffy corn bread mix either, it has its own flavor.
Hi Audrey. In regards to the recipe for the cornbread, this amount of ingredient would equal to 1 loaf of cornbread. So if you need to make more you would use at least 5 lbs flour. I do baking alot so I am familar with the ingredient.. Thanks Jamaican.com for bringing us this information. Although this is my native food. I have never made corn bread. Thanks again and have a great day.
