METHOD:

  1. Stir together flour, cornmeal, sugar, baking powder and salt.
  2. Add milk, eggs, vanilla and oil.
  3. Beat fast until smooth (do not over beat)
  4. Pour into a greased baking pan
  5. Bake in 425 degrees oven for 25 - 30 minutes.
