Curried Shrimp

INGREDIENTS :

METHOD:

  1. Pour hot boiling water over shrimps.
  2. Wash with vinegar and water.
  3. Sauté sliced seasonings in oil or butter
  4. Add curry and Shrimps
  5. Cook for 8 minutes.
  6. Add 1/3 cup water
  7. Season with salt & pepper
  8. Thicken with cornflour to make gravy.
  9. Cook for 8 minutes.
  10. Serve hot with white rice.
