Fried Sprat

- 2 dozen sprats
- Vinegar
- salt and pepper to taste
- oil for frying

METHOD:
- Clean and wash the sprats with vinegar and water.
- Dry with paper towell.
- Season with salt and black pepper and fry in hot oil.
- Place fried sprat on paper towell to drain oil.
- Serve with hardo bread.
