Grilled Jerk Shrimp

INGREDIENTS :

  • 1lbs Jumbo shrimp (peeled & de-veined)
  • 2tbsp Jerk Seasoning
  • 2tbsp Olive oil for Brushing
  • 1 Ripe Plantain

METHOD:

  1. Marinate shrimp in mixture of Jerk seasoning.
  2. Place in refrigerator for 30 minutes
  3. Peel Ripe Plantations and cut in thick slices (long way)
  4. Thread on skewers with Shrimp and Plantains .
  5. Brush with Olive Oil and Grill for 3 minutes on each side.
  6. Serves 4
