The Jamaican Housekeeper
Published Jul 18, 2011The Jamaican Housekeeper reports to
work at the crack of dawn,
reviewing her charges before the light
of morn, alleviating suspicions,
or surprises by evil spawns,
Voyeurs and peepers may come her way,
yet, she manages to keep them at bay,
with her broomstick and machete,
most folks think twice before geting randy,
Intuitive and alert, she flinches at the
mere shifting of the dirt,
Duppy naw fool ar,
'cause she know how to drive 'em out,
No one dares set foot into her territory
without getting the third degree,
one misstep of any tresspasser,
could end up in the Gleaner,
Jamaican Housekeepers don't
take kindly to jokes, or advances
by "touchy-feely" blokes,
Any violation would
lead a Tresspasser in a fix,
'cause the Jamaican Helper
would mash dem carn,
an leff dem inna ditch,
screaming, "You horrible witch!"
