Mr. & Mrs. Cheong Goong Ying,

find value in everything,

Retired and at large!

The world has become their

charge,

They love to recycle and practice green ecology,

for fun, they recite the symbols in pharmacology,

They do all their chores together,

in all sorts of inclement weather,

Mrs. Cheong Goong Ying with a duster made with

feathers, and the Mister, with multi-colored bandanas,

while he polishes the pots on the veranda,

The Misses loves to decorate with fans, dragons and plates,

which sometimes makes Mr. Cheong Goong Ying irate,

One could get strangled by the crystals she has hanging in the doorways,

but her irrational lunacy can make her happy for days,

Mr. Cheong Goong Ying creates a mechanic expedition out of everything,

Pulling down and fixing up,

When he makes a mess,

he gestures, "Oh don't worry buttercup!"

The next thing one knows, he's built a big ole' truck,

retirement just isn't the same since the Cheong Goong Yings

joined the game,

They have turned "milling about" into an art,

Their next adventure......
