Over 100,000 Rastafarians from all over descended on the airport, having heard that the man whom they considered to be the Messiah was coming. Selassie told the Rastafarians they should not immigrate to Ethiopia until they had found freedom in Jamaica.

He was a god in our mist!! I was 4 at the time, wonder if I knew what was going on? will definately ask my father bcause he use to be a conductor on the train at that time.
