    That's the only meaning of the word I know. If you reverse it 'bellywash' the meaning changes. But in the correct order I don't know of other meanings.

    Anybody else?

    You can use washbelly. It's not offensive. Ex. My sister is spoiled. She's the washbelly in the family.

    Bellywash is lime drink.
