Dear Editor,
Please allow me a moment to comment of the great hosting skills done by Mr. Itah Sadu at the 2010 Caribana events. I believe that Ms. Sadu has raised the bar and have given women the confidences to excel in a world which is mainly dominated by men. I was greatly impressed at her ability to connect, talk and engaged the audiences and keep then engaged during the technical difficulties at the recent, Kaiso Tent 365 at Ontario Science Centre. Given how tough and critical West Indian people can be Ms. Sadu has proven that she has what it takes at being the best, she really made a big difference to the outcome of that Kaiso Tent.
Ms. Sadu’s performance at the 2010 Scotiabank Gala was grand as well, she brought a dynamic ability to hosting this event. Ms. Sadu also did an excellent and outstanding job at Pan Alive being able to engage audiences and keep that flow and connection going deserves great praise. They are very few people with her hosting abilities and skills. We need to show our young people and young ladies that they are women such as Ms. Sadu who brings great skills and outstanding work to our community and the media needs to give praise where it is due.
