DC Caribbean Carnival is one of the fastest growing Carnivals in North America. Established in 1993, this carnival has developed from nine bands and approximately 150,000 spectators the first year to 25 bands and well over 300,000 spectators .
Like our name “Jamaica Day Celebration” it’s all about Jamaican’s culture, hope, tenacity and drives that pushes us each year to make this event a great celebration for the entire family.
Bacchanal Jamaica has used the concept of open partnerships to unite the best promoters on the Jamaican party scene into one “Mas Camp” producing an intense annual season of parties and live events spanning ten weeks, climaxing with Carnival Sunday on the streets of Kingston.
