Admiral Tibet [aka Kenneth Allen] was one of the few successful conscious singers of note during the 'slack' era of digital Dancehall. Along with Yami Bolo, Tibet kept the positive doors open during the late 80s until people like Garnet Silk, Tony Rebel, Everton Blender and Luciano would arrive and place the conscious vibes back at the forefront.
