The late Dennis Brown was often referred to as 'The Crown Prince
of Reggae'. As a teenager Dennis made a BIG splash recording
for Studio One. His work, though, with Winston Niney Holness
is considered by many to be the type of Roots Anthems that remain
virtually unparallelled. Staying power, talent to last...despite
an oft rumoured drug problem...it seemed only death could conquer
the conqueror...and it did.........
