The Jamaican Diaspora Southern USA in conjunction with the Consulate General of Jamaica will host a community forum next Tuesday, May 20 at 6:30 p.m. The meeting will be held at the Christway Baptist Church at 3800 Douglas Road in Miramar.

All Jamaican nationals are invited to attend the meeting which will highlight a planning agenda for discussion at the upcoming third biennial National Diaspora Conference to be held in Kingston on June 16 and 17.

Applications for registration are also being accepted from interested persons from the Southern United States.

This year’s conference is expected to bring together over 700 Jamaican nationals from the United Kingdom, Canada and the USA, the Caribbean region, Central America, Africa as well as Jamaica.
