Jamaica was declared the leading Caribbean destination for the seventh consecutive year. The Tourism Director, who was among a packed delegation of VIPs, senior tourism figures and international media, also accepted the coveted Caribbean’s Leading Tourist Board award, which the Jamaica Tourist Board won for the sixth consecutive year at the prestigious travel industry Oscars.
