New boy Darren Bravo displayed extra curricular skills by playing pan on arrival in St Lucia on Monday afternoon.

The West Indies team arrived in St Lucia on Monday afternoon for the Second and Third Digicel One Day Internationals at the Beausejour Cricket Ground on Friday July 3rd and Sunday July 5th. Digicel hosted a warm and casual reception for the squad at the team hotel where the players and team management were treated to pan music from the Digicel Pantime Steel Orchestra. Some of the players and support staff deposed the musicians and treated those gathered to their musical skills, or more accurately to their lack thereof though the Bravo brothers – Dwayne and Darren – seem better than apprentices. Coming from Trinidad, land of pan, it is little surprise.
