PORTLAND QUEEN:  Jannel Alexander, Miss Portland Festival Queen 2013 is all smiles as she is flanked by 1st Runner-up, Carla Petite and 2nd Runner-up, Syriece Jones during the Miss Portland Festival Queen Coronation Show held recently at the Port Antonio High School Auditorium. Jannel will now represent her parish in the National Coronation Show of the Miss Jamaica Festival Queen on August 3, 2013.
