Who said that you never get a second chance? Air Jamaica believes in second chances and has extended its Winter Sale. Travelers have even more time to take advantage of special savings for a winter getaway to Jamaica. The discounted fares are now available for purchase until November 9 and are valid for travel from January 1 to February 11, 2010.
“Passengers will feel relieved to know that an affordable Jamaican getaway is still within reach this winter,” said George W. deMercado, Air Jamaica’s Senior Director, Global Sales. “We want to reward our travelers by giving them additional time to purchase that well-deserved vacation.”
All fares are round-trip and are subject to additional government taxes and fees. Conditions regarding black-out periods, cancellations and other charges apply (see Fare Rules). Sample round-trip fares between Jamaica and the below cities include:
• Ft. Lauderdale $202 round-trip
• Orlando $202 round-trip
• New York $212 round-trip
• Philadelphia $212 round-trip
• Baltimore $212 round-trip
• Chicago $262 round-trip
Fare Rules
Fares are per person, round-trip and valid for travel in economy class from the USA January 1 – February 11, 2010, and to the USA January 5 – February 11, 2010. Tickets must be purchased by November 9, 2009. An airline fuel surcharge of $7.00 each way is included in the fare. U.S. and foreign government imposed taxes and fees of up to $105.00 per person are additional and due with final payment. A September 11th security fee of $2.50 per person per U.S. enplanement is additional and due with final payment. Ticketing must be completed within 1 day after reservations are made. Seats are limited and may not be available on all flights. Change penalties of $150.00 and other restrictions may apply. Economy class passengers are allowed two pieces of checked baggage, but a fee of $25.00 will apply for the second checked bag. A ticketing fee of $20.00 will be charged when purchasing tickets at Air Jamaica ticketing outlets. There is no ticketing fee charged for purchases made via AirJamaica.com. Tickets are non-refundable.
