All is set for Nigel's live appearance on the Today Show (NBC), the 10-11 am hr EST, with Kathie Lee Gifford and Hoda Kotb  this Wednesday, August 5th. Of course the appearance  will serve to highlight Jamaica's Independence Day on August 6th via the culinary medium.
