Soca star Machel Montano regrets to inform fans that he will NOT be performing at the Atlanta Carifest 2009 show at Adams Stadium in Atlanta, Georgia on Sunday, August 23, 2009.
Montano was contracted for this event but the terms of the agreement have not been fulfilled by the promoter.
