FT. LAUDERDALE FLORIDA: The Jamaica International Female Football Development Inc. (JIFFD) will host its first fundraising campaign in conjunction with the Ft. Lauderdale Strikers surrounding their game this Saturday April 27, 2013 against Tampa Bay Rowdies at Lockhart Stadium. One lucky patron who buys tickets for the game from a JIFFD representative or JIFFD partner outlet will win an airline ticket to Jamaica and 2 VIP tickets to see the Reggae Boyz play against Mexico on June 4 and against the USA on June 7 at the National Stadium in Kingston.

 

JIFFD is asking for full support from the community for Jamaica’s Women Football program as both the U-20 and U-17 teams are preparing for the first round tournament of the CFU Championship in July and August. The CFU is a competition to determine the Caribbean club representative for the CONCACAF Champions League.

 

50% of the proceeds from all tickets sold through JIFFD will specifically assist the Reggae Girlz. Tickets are Available at Donnas Restaurant (Lauderhill & Pembroke Pines) or online at www.JIFFD.org. Tickets must be purchased prior to Saturday to receive proceeds. Tailgate party Caribbean style with DJ Fergie and Springer of Power 96 from 5:30-7:30 PM.
