Wesley Frater is founder of South Florida Tournament of Champions, INC and WSEST Sports Management both located in Miami, Florida. He founded and owns various basketball events in South Florida including most if not all Nike basketball events in South Florida.

This August 28-September 1...Wesley and his staff of coaches will be visiting Jamaica...their objective is to host 100 of Jamaica's best young basketball players August 30th at Buckfield courts in Ocho Rios.

No matter how talented you are...the colleges and professional teams are in United States". Our scouting team and coaches will assit top Jamaica players to maximize their educational opportunities utilizing their athletic skills in America. I have spent the last 15 years forming one of America's elite high school event...The Nike Dr. Martin Luther King, JR Basketball Classic, I have hosted since scholastic years all NBA players born in South Florida..I host two of the most successful high school all-star games in Florida...St. Ann Bethany Alexandria is my birthplace...working with Jamaican youths in basketball continues to be my dream no matter how hard it has been to exemplify that. My efforts will be focused in Jamaica once a year but as my staff and I travel around the Caribbean...we will be hosting these camps.

We require "NO" corporate sponsorship or assistance...we have a mission that we know we can only accomplish if we have total control of our actions.
