BACKGROUND
Minister of State in the Ministry of Labour and Social Security Senator Floyd Morris will deliver the Feature Address at the Presentation Ceremony for the Light Through Voice project. The project drew on the talents of Jamaican media personalities to record the text Principles of Business
for CXC by Dr. Sam Seunarine for use by blind and visually impaired students in Jamaica.
Among those lending their talents were Ms. Fae Ellington, Mrs. Dorraine Samuels- Binger, Mr. Patrick La Fayette and
Ms. Robertha White. Light Through Voice was produced by Sterling Henderson, a Final Year Student at the Caribbean Institute of Media and
Communication at the University of the West Indies.
