According to Sydney Roberts, president of Jamaica Awareness, Inc., "Last year's show as cancelled due to visa challenges so this year's show is eagerly anticipated. Every effort has been made to present an awesome show and we have worked with the JCDC to include some new and exciting additions to the program which I'm sure the audience will enjoy, especially the kids. I advise everyone to get their tickets early."

Culturama 2007 showcases a combination of traditional folk dances such as quadrille, dinki mini, gerreh, junkanno as well as contemporary dances.
Other cultural presentations include mento music, dub poetry and other oral traditions creating an old time festival flair and flavor. The show appeals
to every member of the family and is the premier family event presented as a part of Jamaica's Independence celebration in Florida.

Culturama is supported by the Jamaica Cultural Development Commission and is sponsored by Grace Foods, People's Telecom, Air Jamaica, Ria Money Express,
