Following sell out seasons at the Theatre Royal Stratford East and The Barbican, The Harder They Come is now playing at the West End's Playhouse Theatre. The film that ignited the worldwide reggae revolution explodes again on stage. Country-boy Ivan leaves home in the Jamaican countryside and travels to Kingston , his head full of songs that he hopes will earn him fame and fortune.

Ivan want to make his fortune in the music business but when the local Mr Big throws a spanner in the works, refusing him the rights to his own songs, he won't play this corrupt game, and instead turns to the drug trade to fund his dreams, eventually becoming an outlaw, hunted by the police.
