A Fe We Culture’s 3rd Annual Coral State Ball, October 18, 2009, New York

A Fe We Culture has evolved over the last 17 years incorporating diverse influences and undergoing considerable transformations to this day. On Sunday October 18th, at the Villa Barone Manor, 737 Throgs Neck Expressway, Bronx NY, 10465 the curtain will rise in true A Fe We Culture style! As we kick off “Stomp for Unity” our 2010 program/event line up, we celebrate 50 years of Reggae music.

This year the Spotlight is on 17th & North Parade VP's/Randy'S Record's with a special matriarch profile on Mrs. Pat Chin the co-founder.

The extended profiles will include: Louie Balzo, Eddie Montalvo, Carmen LaBoy, William Rogers, Assemblyman Carl Heastie, Courtney Washington, Christopher Hunte, Jennifer McFarland, Stephanie KirkPatric, Sesame Flyers, Christopher Columbus Cheerleaders/Step and Dance Teams.

A Fe We Culture Inc. is a not for profit 501 (c)(3)organization, incorporated in 1992 committed to the positing and integration of Caribbean /diasporas arts and culture artistic excellence and ecoconsciousness.

A Fe We Culture’s 3rd Annual Coral State Ball production will be streamed in a live broadcast on line courtesy of Hands on Media Services. A true cultural expression that is the tapestry of NYC and the Caribbean enhanced with the elegance, sophistication and gracious hospitality of hosts, (the Villa Barone) this eclectic event is truly a magical blend of incredible ambiance, great entertainment, dancing and music coupled with a culinary experience along with the intermingling of Artists and individuals from the city's multi-ethnic communities. A Fe We Culture’s Coral Ball (sponsored in part by Air Jamaica) promises to be a spectacular event filled with creative discipline and will be presented with true festive symbolism. Proceeds from this years fundraising efforts facilitate the “Marley Hill Project”.
