Amy Schrift, who has been homesteading land in Costa Rica for 4 years and has been 100% raw for 6 years will discuss how a raw foods diet awakens us to reconnect with nature, ourselves and our higher calling for renewed health, vigor, purpose and happiness.
We start by putting only truth into the body and watch what comes out!
She will also share many of the lessons she has learned from simple, rustic, sustainable living in the tropics and how those lessons can be applied to our everyday lives.
