Frozen is a fundraising party for the Commonwealth Women’s Antarctic Expedition (CWAE). The CWAE is a team of 8 women from the Commonwealth countries of Brunei Darussalam, Cyprus, Ghana, India, Jamaica, New Zealand, Singapore and the United Kingdom, ski to the Geographic South Pole to mark the 60th anniversary of the Commonwealth. 8 Women, 7 languages, 6 faiths, 5 continents!
The Jamaican team member is Kim-Marie Spence. She is the only team member from the Caribbean, from the Americas, from the Western Hemisphere!
Artistes will include Courtney John, his first performance after the release of his latest album, Made in Jamaica. The ladies will be represented by Aisha Davis and Kris Kelli. Duane Stephenson will also be there - amazing! And in the family tradition - Lenn Hammond - will be representing! And a treat - Stephen Newland - Of Rootz Underground, a specially invited guest. Also on the show will be the up and coming Hezron preparing for Sumfest!
