Sean Paul To Premiere So Fine video, June 24, 2009

Published Jun 25, 2009

The long awaited video for Sean Paul’s So Fine, the first single of Sean Paul’s highly anticipated fourth studio album, Imperial Blaze, is over. The Ray Kay directed video made its world premiere on Wednesday June 24, on MTV.com, MTV2, MTVJams, MTV Hits, and MTVU.

“Things like this get more and more exciting as I go along. The adrenaline never dies down, and every time I get to release a new song, and premiere a video or something, it’s really exciting,” the platinum-selling-grammy-winning performer said.

The international dancehall sensation kicked off his summer last month with an appearance at Z100’s 10th annual Zootopia concert and recently wrapped shooting a video for So Fine in Miami after visiting top radio stations across the North East.

He wraps up his first European promotional tour for Imperial Blaze yesterday, with stops in France and the UK, and returns to the US today in time to premerie the video on popular television show, BET’s 106 & Park on Friday June 26, and he’s excited about that too.

“I love the show, and I can’t wait to go on it,” Sean Paul mentioned.

The VP/Atlantic recording artiste has been burning up radio airwaves with So Fine, the first single from the Grammy-winning crossover superstar’s fourth studio album, Imperial Blaze. The album is set for an August 18 debut, and the song made its radio debut on various formats on Friday, May 1. So Fine is currently the #1 most added track at Urban Mainstream radio and will be available on iTunes Tuesday, June 30.

Sean Paul is the most successful Jamaican artiste of all time on the U.S. charts, with three #1 singles Temperature, Get Busy, and Baby Boy, five Top Ten hits, including We Be Burnin’ and Gimme The Light, and eight chart entries over two worldwide multi-platinum albums. The Trinity truly confirmed Sean Paul’s stature as an international superstar, with total global sales in excess of 4 million.
