The four-time Grammy Award winner will perform his world-renowned reggae music on Saturday, August 15th and the concert will also feature a lineup of other talented musicians. Known for his inspiring and healing reggae-rock vibes, the eldest son of international music legend Bob Marley is thrilled to be a part of this music event, which will include performances from international artists. "The idea to bring together a great showcase of reggae music is not new, but Hawaii is the perfect place to jam while honoring and celebrating music, culture and unity," he says.

Ziggy achieved worldwide success with his first solo album ’Dragonfly,’ followed up with his 2006 Grammy-winning album ’Love is My Religion.’ Most recently, the father of five released the critically acclaimed children’s CD ’Family Time,’ which features special performances from family and friends including Ziggy’s mother Mrs. Rita Marley, daughter Judah, sister Cedella, Jack Johnson, Paul Simon, Willie Nelson, and Jamie Lee Curtis. ’B Is for Bob,’ a second children's album, excutive produced by Ziggy, is a collection of his father's classic tunes re-imagined for kids and their parents, coming out June 23.

In addition to Ziggy Marley, the summer concert will bring together a list of dynamic international artists to celebrate. Performers taking the stage will include Mysterious, the man from Trinidad; one of Jamaica’s hottest singers, Rovelta Fraser, who will break from touring with Jr. Gong and Nas to perform in Hawaii; rock, reggae and folk musician Joseph Israel and the Jerusalem Band; the young and energetic Blak Diamon from Jamaica; and the Virgin Islands' very own reggae musician and songwriter Zion.

’Ziggy Marley Live in Concert’ will be held at the Waikiki Shell on Saturday, August 15. The concert will start at 5:00 p.m and continue until 10:00 p.m. Tickets are available for purchase for $35, $45 and $55.
