Human Resource Development Officer

LOCATION: Jamaica Teachers’ Association Co-operative Credit Union, Kingston

DESCRIPTION: Provides vital support in planning and executing the strategic plan of the Human Resource Management portfolio in the organization; Recruitment processing, staff deployment, performance, management, training, and other relevant personnel services; Maintenance of a stable industrial relations environment, high employee morale and proper staff placement

QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent preferably in the Social Sciences with a major in Human Resource Management; Certification in Industrial Relations practices and regulations; Proficiency in the use of computer applications; Excellent communication skills and ability to relate well at all levels; Minimum of three (3) years in a similar position; Strong organizational and problem solving skills
