DESCRIPTION: Responsible for effective provisioning; Installation/configuration; Operation, and maintenance of software used in core areas of organizations operation; To provide new innovation aimed at improving business processes fuelled through continuous research; To participate in projects being undertaken, based on the requisite skill set, which will add value to the organization; Appreciation for timelines, working in teams and general project management practices.

QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or equivalent from an accredited tertiary institution; At least one (1) year work experience supporting critical business systems; Pronounced problem solving skills; Performance and goal oriented; Excellent communication skills; Self-motivated; Team oriented; Strong query skills (SQL Server, MySQL); Programming skills (C#, Vb.Net, PHP); Scripting skills (PowerShell)
