LOCATION: National Commercial Bank, Kingston

DESCRIPTION: Lead the development of a Marketing Mix model which identifies the optimal mix of advertising and other marketing spend based on product awareness, channel effectiveness, product profitability and other metrics; Lead the development of predictive models to drive improved customer insights and to enhance the quality of marketing initiatives; Liaise with the Marketing and Communications team to understand the analytics needs of business and teams and derive solutions; Develop standard customer analytics reports and ad hoc customer analyses; Support the Marketing and Communications Team with measurement and monitoring of key activities.

QUALIFICATIONS: Master’s Degree in Economics, Statistics or quantitative discipline; Minimum of two (2) years experience in modeling in a financial institution or large marketing organization; Excellent communication skills (both oral and written); Competent in the Microsoft Office suite applications; Strong Planning & Organizing Skills; Superior Quantitative, Data Modeling and Problem Solving Skills; Ability to deal with people at all levels
