The Service of Praise and Thanksgiving to mark the 49th Anniversary of Jamaica's Independence will be held on Saturday, 30 July 2011, starting at 11:00am at St. Martin-in-the-Fields, Trafalgar Square, London.

The sermon will be delivered by Reverend Rose Hudson-Wilkin, Chaplain to the Speaker of the House of Commons.  This year's offering will be taken in aid of the Mustard Seed Communites in Jamaica
