my people my people when r u going to break free from the invisible shackles around ur feet. i have travelled to many places around the world yet our story remains the same"we r proud to b jamaicans but we r not proud to embrace were our true story began and weather we like it or not we r infact a generation of AFRICAN. YES WE R A BUNCH OF SLAVE BBIES N AM DAMN PROUD OF WAT I AM.Whatever i am today starrted those many years ago when the first set of AFRICANZ came to that beautiful island i call home.and true their suffering i have learned that i have a voice , my skin colour doesnt mean i have less potential than the white man,and most of all how to hold my head up high n b proud. Yes ppl slavery was a sentence not a choice for our african ancestor stop being ashamed it was never their intention but it happened n we r not to b ashamed , we have cum so far since then but we must go further so IF U EVER GET THE CHANCE TO TRAVEL ABROAD N U R REFFERED TO AS AN AFRICAN CARIBBEAN DNT SAY I AM JAMAICAN SAY I AM AFRICAN-JAMAICAN N HOLD UR HEAD HIGH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I dont think this is a genuine Jamaican patois as you refer to it...the accent is ok, but the actual words are incorrect, it verges on proper English
