| The owners
of FIREFLY BEACH COTTAGES chose a piece of beachfront land
on the 7-mile beach in the 1970’s as the spot they most wanted
to return to. Having bought it,
and built their cottages, they never left. They’re in one
of the five buildings they constructed between 1980 and
1995. These range from an alpine chalet standing alone to
a house with eight apartments.
From beachfront penthouse suites to family
apartments, there’s a place for you. The garden is tended
lovingly and the hummingbirds call it home.
Fresh flowers and original art are in
your room, along with kitchenette, veranda etc., and outside
you’ll enjoy free morning coffee (with breakfast if you
wish) served on the beach, our tranquil beach bar and weekly
free Caribbean beach parties.
Although very clean and tidy, Firefly
has a very friendly, casual atmosphere and guests have been
returning every year from before the owners, the Sykes family,
completed their own home in the 1980’s. You’re invited to
share the pleasures.
