At a press launch for the June 26-29 national championships yesterday at the National Stadium on 20 June 2014, Carlene Edwards, SVL Sponsorship and PR manager handed over her company’s sponsorship cheque of $10 million.

The JAAA/SVL National Senior Championships will also serve to select teams for the North American, Central American and Caribbean Athletic Association (NACAC) Under-23 Championships at Hillside Stadium, Kamloops in Canada from August 8-10 as well as the inaugural Pan-American Senior Championships in Mexico on July 31-August 2.
