    I'm on a cocktail weenie kick, and a weenie with a jamaican flair would just tickle my tastebuds tiday....

    ok here we go...yu knoh wen mi was a kid dem use to fix it with butter beans or pork an beans yu knoh de one wid some nice fry dumplins

    here is wat mi got fi yu from Grace Foods

    Vienna Sausage Delight

    Preparation Time: 10 minutes Cooking/Baking Time: 10 minutes

    2 Tbsps. vegetable oil
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 small sweet pepper, chopped
    1/2 cup TOMATO KETCHUP
    1/2 cup water
    1/8 tsp. black pepper
    1 can butter beans (reserve liquid)

    1. Cut Vienna sausages into 0.75cm / 3/4" slices.
    2. In a saucepan with heated oil, lightly fry chopped onions.
    3. Add sausages and sweet pepper and fry for 2 minutes.
    4. Mix Grace Tomato Ketchup with the water or liquid from butter beans and add to mixture in saucepan.
    5. Add the black pepper and butter beans. Mix ingredients well.
    6. Cook over low heat for about 5 minutes.

    Oven Baked Sausage Casserole

    Preparation Time: 25 minutes Cooking/Baking Time: 35 minutes

    1 lb. (450 grams) frankfurters
    2 Tbsps. vegetable oil
    2 medium sweet peppers, diced
    1 medium onion, chopped
    6 medium eggs
    1/4 cup milk
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1/2 tsp. white pepper
    1 1/2 cups mild cheddar cheese

    1. Preheat oven to 350F / 180C.
    2. Lightly fry the frankfurters in 1 tablespoon hot oil. 3. Whisk milk, egg, garlic powder and pepper until frothy.
    4. Layer sausages, vegetables and cheese in a casserole dish. Top with egg mixture.
    5. Bake for approximately 35 minutes or until set.

    Sausage Beanfeast

    Preparation Time: 20 minutes Cooking/Baking Time: 10 minutes

    3 slices pineapple
    1 lb. (450 grams) *frankfurters
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 Tbsp. soft margarine
    1 1/4 cups baked beans
    1 Tbsp. white cane vinegar
    2 stalks escallion, chopped
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. black pepper

    1. Half three pineapple rings and reserve five halves. Chop the remaining half.
    2. Grill frankfurters until golden brown on both sides. Slice them, reserving 5.
    3. Heat frying pan, melt margarine, lightly fry the onion and chopped pineapple until tender.
    4. Add baked beans and sliced frankfurters, white cane vinegar and seasonings. Simmer for 5 minutes. Fry the pineapple halves in the meantime.
    5. Pour baked bean mixture into serving dish.

    Serving Suggestions:
    Garnish with the whole frankfurter and fried pineapple halves.

    Spicy Sausage Stuffing

    Preparation Time: 5 -7 minutes

    3 lbs. frankfurters, crushed
    2 cloves garlic, crushed
    1/4 cup chopped parsley
    1 tsp. salt

    1. In a bowl, combine all ingredients and mix thoroughly.
    2. Stuff turkey or other poultry.

    Ham, bologna or salami may be prepared in the same way.
